Privacy Statement

This is the privacy statement of: Game-changers located at Eikenwal 205, 5403 KG in Uden. Chamber of Commerce registration number: 87475332 with VAT number NL004422313B05. For questions or contact, you can email us at info@game-changers.com.

Where we refer to ‘personal data’ in this privacy statement, we mean the information you provide to us about yourself, such as your name, email address, and phone number. You do this entirely voluntarily.

Purpose of processing and storing personal data

Your personal data is solely used to inform and contact you regarding the specific reason for which you filled out the respective contact form. The composition of the requested personal data is adjusted per form, ensuring we do not ask for or store information that is not relevant to the purpose for which you leave your personal data. The submission of your personal data is entirely voluntary. We distinguish four types of personal data processed on this website:

Information Request: The majority of forms on the website aim to inform you about our marketing programs or a specific question you have asked. Each form describes what information you will receive. The requested data is limited to your specific question, company name, name, email, and phone number to reach you for the requested information.

Downloadable Knowledge Resources: If you want to use one of our downloads, we need information such as name, email, and phone number. We ask you, entirely voluntarily, to answer a few questions regarding your current situation in marketing and sales, your growth situation and goals, and your experience and perception thereof. Your contact details, combined with these answers, are only used to subsequently inform and advise you on the most suitable marketing approach.

Newsletter: You may subscribe to the newsletter. This always happens through a mandatory double opt-in. After subscribing, you will periodically receive the newsletter by email to provide you with information about the services and general information about Game-changers.

Knowledge Platform: For regular customers, there is an exclusive knowledge platform. Part of that platform is also made available to third parties. The personal data you provide is used to grant you personalized access to that platform with a self-chosen password.

After receiving the data, we will contact you by email, SMS, and/or phone to provide you with the requested information.

Duration of storage of personal data

Personal data is not stored longer than strictly necessary. For all regular contact forms (purposes 1 and 2 as described above), data will be erased 12 months after submission. This ensures sufficient time to inform you about the purpose for which you provided your personal data. For a newsletter or knowledge platform subscription, we retain your data as long as you are subscribed, and you can actively unsubscribe at any time via a link in the newsletter. Even if your data has been deleted from the information and/or newsletter database in the meantime.

Security

Your personal data is secure. The entrusted data is protected using technical and administrative security measures to minimize the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. This includes firewalls, data encryption, secure connections, and physical and administrative access controls to data and servers.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

To make the requested information accessible, Game-changers collaborates with third parties. This includes a website administrator, hosting provider, newsletter system, and landing page software. A Processor Agreement has been concluded with all involved parties. This agreement ensures, among other things, the security and timely erasure of your personal data.

Right to access, rectify, withdraw, or erase personal data

We would like to inform you of the possibility to request access to, rectify, withdraw, or erase the personal data we have stored. To do this, please send an email to info@game-changers.com.

Right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority

If you disagree with the above privacy statement or the way we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/.

This privacy statement can be adjusted at any time. We recommend checking the privacy statement regularly.
